Project introduction:


The power distribution room of chongqing ping an international financial center is located on the 29F asylum floor. In the power distribution room, there are 2 sets of ABB dry type transformers, model is scb10-1250/10, and the weight of the equipment is 3690Kg. Operation of the transformer, belonging to the mechanical noise, it is alternating magnetic field on the bus line, core and coil periodic alternating effect caused by vibration, the vibration of iron core, silicon steel coil outward radiation noise and its basic frequency depends on the frequency of alternating current (ac), but because of the power transformer, the inside of the wire, iron core eddy current effect, the noise radiation of far more complicated than the single frequency vibration noise. This kind of noise is different from other noise, the sound level that passes sound to the room through solid is not high, pass sound through structure, easy cause a person's feeling resonance.


Treatment measures:

Multilayer composite sound insulation shock absorber is installed at the bottom of the transformer, which is a new type of vibration isolation product with both sound insulation and vibration isolation. The transmission noise of sound insulation layer is eliminated by the principle of constrained vibration energy absorption. Effectively block through the solid sound transmission of structural noise up to 98%.

By making a composite shock absorbing platform, dry type transformer is placed on it, and the bus bar is processed with soft connection, so that the dry type transformer is completely suspended in the air, not in direct contact with the structure, so as to block the low-frequency noise transmission through the structure.

Governance effect:

After noise reduction and treatment, the noise standard of room A in the second class functional area in table 2 and table 3 in gb22337-2008, which is ≤35dB (A) at night, is implemented in the downstairs to achieve the expected effect.
