The size of filter cartridge filter is small and the cost is relatively low, but the effect of filter cartridge on fine dust treatment is relatively poor. There is also the use of pulse bag filter for dust removal, bag filter dust removal effect is better, and the recovered dust can be reused, and not easy to cause secondary pollution. The discharge concentration of the outlet after dust removal can reach the national standard, but the site installation location is small, bag filter can not be installed. Through the above comparison, it is suggested that the manufacturer should choose the pulsed jet cartridge filter, because the efficiency of the filter cartridge filter is high and relatively stable. The jp10-5 single-machine pulse-jet cartridge filter produced by our company can meet the requirements of the current working condition.


Treatment effect: dust treatment meets the requirements of the comprehensive emission standard of air pollutants (gb16297-1996), that is, the maximum allowable emission concentration of particulate dust is 100mg /m.
