An overview,

The gas box pulse bag filter is a kind of precipitator which is developed based on the introduction of American technology, absorbing the advantages of German precipitator technology, and combining with the actual situation of our country. The advantages of this series of precipitators, such as collecting chamber backblower and pulse jet filter, overcome the shortcomings of insufficient kinetic energy strength of chamber backblower and simultaneous pulsed ash cleaning and filtration, thus expanding the use range of bag filter, improving the dust removal efficiency and extending the service life of the filter bag. It can not only purify the general dust gas, but also deal with the inlet concentration of 1300g/Nm, high concentration of dust gas, and become a vertical supporting equipment for the recovery of finished products. Under the national environmental protection standard of new emissions (emission concentration, thermal equipment < 100 mg/Nm after, ventilation < 50 mg/Nm after), it can be used as industrial and mining enterprises of the dust removal equipment, and can be used as industrial and mining enterprises product material collection process equipment, which is widely used in cement, building materials, metallurgy, electric power, chemical, food, pharmaceutical, electronic industries.

       由于采用压缩空气在线式清灰，并通过脉冲阀在0.05—0.02 s的时间内定量释放，具有空气声波振动和反过滤双重效应，因此清灰效果好于反吹风袋式除尘器。产品结构上采用揭盖形式，滤袋以缝制在袋口的弹性涨圈嵌在上部花板，安装、检查、换袋方便，仅需打开顶部盖板即可操作，无需进入除尘器内操作，避免工人直接与工业粉尘接触，大大减轻了工人的劳动强度。清灰控制采用先进，可靠的PLC或专用脉冲控制仪。
